About Jaunt

Jaunt Air Mobility LLC is an aerospace transportation transformation company focused on developing advanced air vehicles that incorporate innovative technologies and management strategies offering the highest levels of operational efficiencies, safety, and community acceptance. We design and build piloted and autonomous flying machines that improve how people and packages seamlessly move within urban environments. Jaunt Air Mobility is the pioneer and world-leader in Reduced Rotor Operating Speed Aircraft (ROSA™) design and development. ROSA™ is the metamorphosis of the best features available from helicopters and fixed-wing airplanes.

ROSA™

An extensive list of patents and successful flight tests programs illustrate the safety, efficiency, flying qualities, and effectiveness of Jaunt’s Reduced Rotor Operating Speed Aircraft (ROSA™). ROSA™ represents the metamorphosis of the best features available from helicopters and fixed-wing airplanes. Competitive differentiation of ROSA™ eVTOL aircraft includes the lowest noise and highest levels of safety and efficiency. ROSA™ offers hover and cruise flight noise levels of 50 % and 66 % below that of even the quietest helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft, respectively. ROSA™ achieves record low-level noise by enabling a 75% reduction in main rotor tip speed and the scimitar-shaped wing-mounted propellers offer a 60% speed reduction from hover to cruise flight, respectively. Jaunt achieves the highest levels of safety through its inherent design that enables a zero ground-roll landing from any airspeed and altitude combination in a complete power failure.
